Our solar system has been faulty since November of 2021. SunPower started the repair process of June of 2021 and it will be February of 2023 before they'll come out to "repair" it. It wasn't until we filed this complaint with BBB that anyone has reached out to us. In the meantime we are paying THOUSANDS of dollars in PGE true up fees and also our monthly solar panel payment. We will not be happy until we are reimbursed some kind of of way financially and our panels are replaced and working 100%.
