11/25- another awesome experience with Sunny trash hauling. I asked them to disassemble and haul off A voice booth in a spare bedroom and move the rest of The Stuff in the room to the garage so I could go through it at a later date. Very unprofessional. I booked an 8am to 10am pickup. At 10am I called them and the operator told me they'd call me back to give me an ETA since they were running late. I never got a call back. At 10:30 I called again, and they assured me that I'd get a call from their service department. Again, no return call. At 11am I made other arrangements for my trash to be picked up, then I called Sunny again and cancelled my appointment. I will never call them again.

Friendly, fast, and freakin' amazing service. I directly communicated with Madeline, Lance, and Evan, each of whom did their jobs very well. I had transparent and regular communications from Sunny Trash Hauling, which I appreciated in light of necessary rescheduling. Can't wait to work with them again on patio washing and home/roof washing.
