05/26 Update: After following up several times and a few field visits, the team was able to confirm that a panel was damaged by a fallen tree and replaced it. The system has been operating consistently now since Feb 2026. Great customer service! They came by yesterday to do an annual cleaning of our solar panels for free. They washed away all of the pollen and now the panels look great.
