Within 24 hrs of my request for a call, I was speaking to their customer rep who asked about our problem and suggested that a simple repair may be sufficient instead of replacement. He scheduled a visit to check within 3 days. Muhammad was here on time and quickly assessed the condition of our old Suntunnel. My experience with Sunlight Concepts was exemplary from the estimate to the final clean-up. Manuel and his team arrived on time and, with surgical precision, removed our old skylights with no damage to the surroundings. They efficiently brought up the new skylights via my neighbors roof and proficiently installed them in rapid fashion. I was surprised how fast and neat they were.
