Maybe train your reps to not break the law.

Even though my number is on the federal no call list, this company still made phones sales call to me. Dishonest. Do not trust this company.

We had a really good experience until there was a delay in getting the system turned on. Oly, the Suncore sales person, told us at the time of purhase that if there was a delay in getting it turned on they would cover the cost. My husband called him and Oly said he'd call us back. My husband has since left several messages with no call back from Oly. This has been a big disappointment that Oly was just blowing smoke and not being true to his word. We're so disappointed.
