I have had Sunburst Shutters in my home for 13 years. Due to a reflooring project, a pair of sliding door shutters had to be removed and reinstalled. Both processes went smoothly. These shutters have been fantastic! They haven't faded or warped, and all the mechanisms work flawlessly. Any home I have will get Sunburst Shutters. The folks in the Orlando office have been great to work with.

Very poor service. I had the curtains installed almost two years ago and they've had problems since day one. It's been hours and they still haven't fixed them, and they don't answer the phones.
