A recent storm resulted in a tree falling on a portion of our solar panels, causing significant damage. RenueEnergy/Sun Services was quick to respond and worked with us as we went through the process of finding a contractor to repair the roof damage, and once that was achieved, Noel worked to get us scheduled for the necessary uninstall and reinstall of four new panels (fortunately we were still under warranty). All went smoothly and we're very satisfied with the service we received.

4/29/2026: I hired Sun Service Specialists to completely decommission my 10 year old system because it no longer worked and, although still under warranty, parts were no longer available. The job was supposed to include removing all of the wires and sealing all the holes. Not only did they leave a cut wire sticking out of my roof, NONE of the holes were sealed. I needed a roofer to come out and put temporary tarp over the holes before the rain came that night and it appears I'll need to hire
