No communication once we placed our order. They were great selling it but then ignored. We are the ones calling, trying to find out when our install date is or if our order even came in? We still have the rest of our house to do but apparently they can’t get a hold of product. We called weeks ago and were told 1st of May. Nothing…called again today and now estimated 1st of June but no guarantee. Sad that customer service is no longer important.

I placed my order on January 3rd and was clearly promised that everything would be completed within 8 to 10 weeks. However, even after the 10-week mark, the order was still not completed.
