Jake is, by far, the most knowledgeable pool service person I have ever been associated with. He is able to quickly troubleshoot problems, get right to the main issue and fix it. He is reliable, explains things in a manner easy to understand, and takes the time necessary to insure you are satisfied. I do not know of anyone else who provides such good maintenance and service.

I recently switched pool companies. Jake has been out twice to service my new pool. I thought my previous pool technician really knew his stuff but then I met Jake. After his visit today, I received an email that outlined exactly what he did to my pool including all the Pool chemistry numbers along with the type and amount of each chemical he added.
