New home construction

We are largely satisfied with our Sun Canyon home. However, there are a handful of things about the home with which we are quite dissatisfied. Here are two of those things. (1) Numerous chips and cracks have appeared in the concrete, mostly in the driveway, walkways, porch and garage. (2) The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are just paper over particle board and have sustained water damage after only a few years.
