Summit sent out their plumber and his apprentice to inspect some copper pipes in my crawlspace, as well as a possible leak in my backflow preventer. He was able to walk me through my entire plumbing system and determined that everything was in good working order. He gave me valuable information to check for any possible leaks in the future and educated me on how certain issues arise and how to best avoid them. On top of that, he was a pleasure to talk to.
