We are snowbirds. I have had maintenance and repair done on my pool for the past year by sublime. I returned recently to the valley to find the pool resembled a swamp and no one had serviced it in at least 90 days. The owner of Sublime, Lowell dropped from the face of the earth. Restoration of the damage is several thousand dollars, in addition to the thousands of dollars I paid for work to be completed over the summe, which was never performed.r. Avoid this company.

Sooo stoked.. my tiles are back to perfection!!! Couldn't have done it without Lowell.. quick and easy. Very good experience. 2nd time they have come out and cleaned up the tiles.. to look brand new. Excited for the pool to be filled up soon to jump in. Thank you guys, you're the best.. highly recommend..

My tiles are sparkling and look new! I highly recommend Sublime Pools. And also would recommend covering your patio furniture when the clean is being performed. Things get dusty! 😝 …
