Spent >$3000 repairing my SubZero fridge with this company and approximately 3 months later it stopped working. Apparently they only “warranty” their work for 90 days and won’t offer anything other than the opportunity to purchase a “membership” to extend their warranty. Mine stopped working at 96 days. Stay away from this shady company!!! Also super shady that the invoice is from 5-star Appliances but it is this website & company.

Impressive service! My oven wasn’t heating, and their technician arrived right on schedule. He fixed everything quickly and left the area spotless. Truly appreciated the affordable fee—this is the kind of Sub Zero certified service I’ll happily recommend to all.

Fantastic service from a great crew! The person on the phone was so patient, and the technician was a real expert. He fixed my fridge door that wouldn't close properly in good time. The price was affordable too, which made everything even better. I would totally recommend this company!
