I had five posts replaced for an overhang roof on the back patio. I was told a gutter can be fixed properly in the initial estimate. This company came back and told me it wasn't in the contract and proceeded to Jerry rig the gutter or threatened to just leave it unfinished. The crew was very pleasant to deal with but they seem rushed by their bosses Randal and Wes to move on to the next job. They used posts that are splitting and unfinished needing sanding. If I were able to do this over again.
