Miguel N. Dela Cruz was very professional and very knowledgeable at what he does. He also was so patient with me asking questions which most were kind of the same thing. He took his time to explain to me a few times until I understood what issues we were having and different options of solutions.

Do not waste your time. They tried to move my original appointment from 3:30pm to 1:15pm. I said the earliest I could do was 2:30pm and they confirmed. I sent another text at 3pm letting them know I was home and to drop by anytime, and got another confirmation at 3:05pm. This was followed by another text at 3:33pm with some fake excuse "We have a high influx of emergency calls ..." LOL, OK, sure you do. People were nice on the phone. Customer service was nice although I made the appointment a couple days in advance even though they advertise same day service online. They messaged me and asked if I could reschedule due to a local emergency of some sort. I said no and they called me at 4:00 telling me that they're not going to make it.
