I finally have time to sit down and write this review. 4 months before our contract was up, our shop finances were on the tighter side. I reached out to inquire about early termination of my contract. I was notified 3 times that my request was heard and that someone would reach out soon. 2 weeks later our area rep came in to check the services and I asked him the status. He wasnt sure but said he would get back to me shortly. Crickets. No word on my request. Fast forward 3 months and the finance

They must have all the business they need. Called for a quote for daily cleaning. They took my info and never called back. If you don't want my business you can at least tell me, not leave me hanging.
