James Smithson and his team at Stratum Contracting is nothing short of magcians what they do onthere dsign build out projects! I am in the lending indusrty and have had multiple clients renovate and build out tenant spaces for residential vacation homes. As people shop around for contrractors they always end up back at Stratum because of there creativity and craftmanship. I have seen them convert a normal back yard into a tropical paradise fit for a 5 star resort. Do not do any home renovations
