During the course of service, the quality of the camera wasn't great, I got another service send over paperwork for cancelation. Thinking everything was done. I was accumulating a bill. Tried to talk to someone. It was no help they just said do paperwork over. Two years has past and now it's to late....

My previous security system company was bought out by Strada and they have been terrible. They do not answer the phone reliably and do not return voicemails or emails. I have been having problems with my system and they wanted me to speak with someone about upgrading my equipment, which I was willing to do, but could not get anyone to call me back over a course of weeks. I decided in the meantime to go with a different company, and also had difficulty getting in touch with someone to do that. I

I Paid my bill last week Friday March 6, 2026 and I still do not have access to log on my system for the door bell camera because it is blocked. I sent email to Bryan Drew on Tuesday and no reply. I need my a refund and cancel my services as I want to move on to your competitor. I received the acknowledgement receipt after making the payment but still no services since then. It is very shameful to see that you are only interesting in taking money for services and do not release the blocked acces
