Revised: I was going to update my review and rate higher because the issue was mostly resolved but the company’s reply is false!!! I tried to contact them to address concerns via email Dec. 18th. Only AFTER I gave them a one star review on Dec. 31st, the owner called and texted me that same evening. We had a phone conversation. Houston and his staff are amazing! I called after ONG found a gas leak and he came right out and found the problem. Once it was repaired, ONG came back out and I still had a leak. They came to fix a water heater leak, said it was fixed but it almost immediately started leaking again. On top of that, they unplugged my chest freezer and I had $1200 worth of food spoil. I called them repeatedly and all they said was that they'd "look into it" and refused to give me their insurance information so I could file a claim. Edit: now they've replied with straight up lies. What horrible people.

I have been working with Story’s Plumbing for over 5 years as a contractor and would never hire anyone else.
