This was an Extra Space Storage. I was sold and no one who rents units there was informed by Extra space or the new company that anything was changing. I was jut there 5 days ago and it was still extra space. Not happy with how this is being handled as a customer. Had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, I know nothing about "Store on Vicksburg".

Easy process. Great unit. Nice staff.

Facilty was clean and well maintained. Sara was very nice and professional. Her instructions were clear and easily understood. Convenient location, great price!
