I have been renting at the Annex since my mother passed, the company has been so compassionate during this difficult time I was having, I'm so greatful for the manager Donna who has been amazing with helping with our storage needs and getting a secure unit where I didn't have to stress while I was going through the difficult and emotional time she was a great support I appreciate the true compassion felt from Donna and the Storage Company.

I've had a storage unit here for over a year now and it's one of the best in the area. It's 24 hour access and my unit is indoors, so I don't have to worry about the weather. I like that my unit has it's own individual security. And I appreciate that I get a military discount. And Donna is easy to get a hold of and she is very helpful. Finally this storage center is well maintained and kept clean.

Donna keeps a very clean work environment, It’s nice to see walking up and into the office. Donna is an excellent employee and treats you with respect. 10/10 would stay with this company.
