We started noticing silverfish in the bathroom cabinets and honestly thought it was just because of the weather. The technician explained the moisture issue clearly and treated the entire area without making a mess. He even suggested better ventilation tips. The bugs disappeared within days and haven’t returned since.

I had a truly bad experience with this company. I never leave bad reviews but I feel so disappointed and upset about this. We had technician John come to our house to check if we had termites in our living room. The tech could not discern whether the bugs were ants or termites. Which, if you are in this field I would expect him to know this. He was googling and searching the difference between the bugs. He decided they were ants due to not being able to tell the difference. We are still dealing
