If i could do a 0 star i would. I have used this company a few times in the past with no issues. But this recent interaction has been atrocious. Whoever they have taking their scheduling should be fired forever. Horrible communication, have no idea how to schedule appts, scheduled me 3 times to then find out none of them were actually scheduled. Did not do what they said. I am beyond annoyed. Truly not sure how this company has such good reviews. Not only are their estimates absolutely out of control, and as a contractor I am well aware of the actual prices of equipment and labor, but it is disappointing at best that they feel that spending less than 10 minutes at a client's home is worth $80. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for reputable or trustworthy work. I am sorry that we ever called them, and we are out $80 of our hard earned money for nothing in return,

Edit: after seein the response from Stillwater I am clarifying: the plumber was licensed, insured and charged an hourly rate vs Stillwater needed upfront charge without quoting what the high price is for. I called couple plumbing services in the area who also charge flat fee in the 500-600 range. Even compared to peers, they overcharge their customers. My independent servicer sold his business to Stillwater's and it has been a bad experience ever since. I used to be treated as a customer, now I'm just treated like a number to a corporate feeling company. Every time I have an issue that needs to be addressed its like they are reading from a script and can't use common sense.

Used Still Water for pool service. Multiple issues over almost 2 years. I came home on atleast 2 occasions to an empty pool with all the water being pumped out after still waters cleaned my pool. They charged a $250 diagnostic fee without approval, to check if my pool pump had a leak after a freeze. During this time they were cleaning my pool weekly and so we asked, if they could let us know if they saw a leak. They may have good ratings as a plumbing company, I would not recommend for someone
