the tech didn’t want to get on the phone with my insurance and said he’d answer later when they called. never answered. i’ve reached out like 20 times to them and they won’t call my insurance (literally a 5 min call). my insurance has called them and they hang up on them. on top of that my service was horrible. the gas stove was somewhat fixed but won’t hold temps and has trouble even reaching 500F. Worst experience i’ve had with any type of customer service or appliance repair shop. even 1 star

Had our dryer fixed back in October and was up charged for it being a stackable washer and dryer. Total cost to replace a part and for service was $445. Now 3 months later, my dryer is having the same issue of not drying properly. I called and I was one day away from their 90 day warranty. Which I understand, but the tech that answered was rude and did not care to keep my service. I called again and spoke to a different person, much nicer but still did disclosed the end of 90 day warranty. Just
