I was hoping to give this business a 5-star review, but unfortunately the customer service fell short of expectations. Our representative, Sal, was often difficult to reach, especially toward the end of the project when we were trying to add bathroom flooring. Despite multiple calls and emails, communication was delayed. We also found it unnecessary and uncomfortable that someone was sent to monitor the third-party contractors regarding direct requests.
