Came in looking for new wired headphones. Knowledgeable staff, clearly interested in audio. The guy I talked to was not the owner, but was the one who set up the headphone display, and he said something like "I wouldnt't sell it if I didnt't think it was worth selling", and that he shopped there for 10 years before he started working there. Before checking out, he said that he always tries to make sure nobody beats their prices, and then he looked up the headphones I was buying (listed as $170),
