This is our fifth door with Steel Shield and every one of them, better than the last. Our experience has been flawless from start to finish and we love the way our house looks with this new double door. I wish I had not done business with this company. I bought security doors from them in August 2022 and I’ve had issues with the doors jamming and not wanting to open. I’d had the door for less than one year and I had to send it back for repair because the paint chipped off. Today, I went to my backyard to water flowers and tried to open the door and it would not open. I kept turning the handle but no response. Racism's as hell never have i ever dealt with anything like this. When my white friends went in were greeted nicely then the moment my black boyfriend went in? They were very racist making sure he couldnt touch anything But it was OK for the othere guys to touch and pick up everything and they didn't keep an eye anyone but him and they were just on there lunch break.
