Steel city insulation was wonderful from start to finish. John and Vicky (owners) were helpful every step of the way, from the initial inspection to billing process. Their son John and crew did an amazing job of installing insulation in my basement and attic. Everything was done with no mess for me to clean up, and the guys were so nice and respectful. Vicky also helped me with some information I needed to fill out a rebate form. Great company! No second thoughts on having them do this work for

I have engaged Steel City Insulation twice. John is very knowledgeable about foam and insulation products. Helped determine the correct approach for both projects. Crew is very friendly and capable and wanted to make sure that any questions were answered through the process.

From quoting to product application, everyone was great to deal with. The crew that arrived to apply the insulation masked off the area to keep thing contained, and cleaned everything up when they were finished.

Had old insulation removed from basement crawlspace and foam added to exterior walls. Crew showed up on time, did a nice job of venting / dust control while removing old material and good clean up when finished. Solid recommendation.
