Our doggo decided to catch a bird and snuck it in the house. She proceeded to tear the bird to shreds all over our beautiful sofa. Called Steamy Concepts and they were able to send someone out safe day! Andreco did phenomenal job! He was very thorough and knew exactly what bio hazard tools to use to disinfect our couch. He was also very kind and friendly! Will be using this company again , but hopefully for a routine cleaning and not the former :)
