The communication is not great. We never know who to ask for or speak to about issues. There are a lot of different managers that we have had to deal with. One manager is very pushy about getting the final payment even though the shower is not completed to our satisfaction. The regional manager has not even responded to our concerns. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income and my wife is permanentlydisabled as well. It is very expensive to have these issues with management. $35,0000 is too exp
