From the first phone call to the finished product, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt, did a great job installing my equipment and have been very supportive with any questions I have had. Not really knowing much about systems, I had to trust their recommendations. With that, they did not undersell me nor, more importantly, they did not oversell me on anything! I absolutely LOVE my system. Works exactly how I described my wants to them. Thank you!

Oh my where should I start. False advertising. Website says they carry merchandise but go to the store and they have nothing. Pay double for install. They claim two people show up and most jobs can be completed in a hour. Well one person showed up and it took 3 hours and the install looks and sounds like crap. They held onto my money for 3 weeks while it was in stock at the local best buy. I can keep going with complaints but it won't solve anything. Go elsewhere
