Very bad experience dealing with Star Flooring. We ordered flooring in February based on a projected 2 week turn around. The flooring was delayed several weeks past this date and instead of Star letting me know, they waited for me to inquire on the status. We had to follow up several times and would either not get a response or were told various stories…it’s being shipped, it did get shipped, the flooring will ship but the nosing will not, etc. Terrible communication, flooring was installed
