Had them over to do our house before we moved in. They used a method on the exterior windows where it drip-dries and they do not squeegee or wipe them down. 90% of my windows are completely spotted from the water drying (not spot free). They claim to use a method that dries spot free but that is a false claim. The owner called me and basically said I was mistaken and that never happens.
