They came out to install a control panel for my tankless hot water heater and set it up to run hot water all day even though I explicitly told them the dedicated hours we want it set up to run which is the entire point of the control panel. Sent them a message about this to get it fixed and they read & ignored my message but didn’t waste time sending a guy to collect payment. Don’t recommend.

Stancil did not show multiple times on several different occasions. There was no communication even when I tried to call to receive an update. I would not recommend them to get any home service done because they are unreliable.
