EDIT 05/17/2026: Have called Stahl a few other times since my last review. Once an emergency call, another to replace a dead unit. Drew and Mike have provided excellent service every time whether an emergency or not. Stahl has a customer for life. Have a brand new 2mo old daughter. Our heat went out at 9pm last night and that sent my wife into hysteria. Hotels were called, parents were woken up. We were in dire circumstances. Quinton and Pete did a good job replacing a water heater. Quinton was knowledgeable and personable. However I unfortunately found out afterward, I was greatly overcharged for the service. Also the company would not provide me with an itemized bill after repeated attempts to obtain one. I had been satisfied with Stahl's services in the past so this was unexpected. Next time I will shop around, compare, and get the best price and service for my money before automatically choosing Stahl again.
