Our sales/design person, Jennifer Turner was professional, experienced, patient and friendly. Dorian Stacy was professional and understanding of our problem with our furniture order. We ordered Paliser brand and there were 3 different estimated delivery dates proposed because of assembly problems in the Mexico plant.
