I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Saint Louis Skylights. On Monday, I spoke with their scheduler and provided detailed information about my leaking skylight, including the fact that it is located on a flat roof and would require a tall ladder to access. I was given an appointment time of 12:45 PM on Wednesday. Because of that appointment, I blocked off part of my workday and even rescheduled a patient to make sure I would be available. They were very timely in their correspondence and return phone calls; the office staff and Shane never dropped the ball on any detail or update. The installers were in and out in less than one day, very professional and ensured all my questions were answered before they left. We were so impressed with the entire operation! Thanks again!
