Jenny, of SRS Design, went above & beyond to help us. We had a blind that continued to cause issues for years. Jenny contacted the manufacturer & told them they needed to replace the blind. Plus replace the blind adjacent to it since the colors have changed. The manufacturer replaced both blinds at no cost. Fantastic customer service on Jenny's part. Here's the kicker, we did not purchased the blinds from SRS Design.
