In Nov. 2025, an internet service cut our sprinkler system line in 5 places and James put it back into service in quick time and helped us with pictures for insurance. April 2026 he came and cleaned our windows inside and out wow, the windows are so clean and shiney. Trustworthy, we recommend him highly!

I called James when I found a leak in my irrigation system. I was pleased that he was able to come out the same day. We walked through the problems I was having and gave me what I thought was a fair quote. He was able to start right away and when he found a couple of additional problems he stopped and showed me what he found.
