Had them out for garage door repair after one of the cables snapped. Door was crooked and wouldn't budge at all. They had replacement cable on truck and got it fixed within an hour. Also lubricated everything while they were there which made it run much smoother.

Fixed our garage door opener that stopped responding to the remotes completely. Motor was running but nothing was happening. Turns out the chain had stretched and jumped off the sprocket somehow.
