They came without an appointment bc they left unfinished work I was out of town and I told them there was no appointment then they gave me an appointment and fix the area I did not want them to fix and the area I wanted them to fix they couldn’t fix it and send me a big bill for something I didn’t wanted they included the charges when they came without appointment

If I could rate Jim and Gail I would rate them a negative number. Both of their customer service skills are absolutely the worst I have ever seen when trying to give someone business. They were referred to me by my builder. I have been dealing with them since March 2022 and finally went back to my builder to have him help. Jim came out today to look at the yard of course with and attitude and quoted a price increase since March of an additional 35% as if 8,600 was not enough and per my neighbors
