I've had ongoing sprinkler issues for years, and I’ve had multiple sprinkler companies come out to try to diagnose the problems. Sprinkler Surgeon - specifically Jeremy - was the first person who was able to quickly identify several underlying issues that nobody else had caught. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had thoughtful, practical approaches for how to fix everything. I was very impressed with his expertise and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing sprinkle

Rude and client calls are an annoyance to them. Had to make the change after two years of amazing rudeness. This is my first review of any company good or bad - that’s how much I was taken back by their tone each call.

Service was done in Nov. 2021 while I was away and no access to my mail. No emails were received for payment complaints and one bill was in my mailbox upon my return. Second year of service and not behind on payments but March I was sent a collection notice by a Collection Agency!!!!!!!!! Even after I contacted them to refresh their memory, they did not feel compelled to correct their actions. UNDERHANDED AND POOR BUSINESS ACTION!!!!!!!!!! MY RECOMMENDATION IS “STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS”!!
