I am an existing customer and was called by Sam to schedule my spring turn on. Communication was excellent by Sam. He told me when the technician (Josh) will be out and that he would be calling when he was on his way to my house. Josh came and evaluated the zones and fixed the broken heads. Apparently this was due to a very cold winter which did not surprise me. My invoice was emailed. I had the option to pay over the telephone or mail in a check. I would highly recommend this company -

The company returned my call quickly, got me an appointment the same week, showed up on time, and did a great job. They turned on the outside water spouts for the whole house, ran and tested the sprinkler system, and provided the service at a reasonable price. We are planning to extend our system to the back yard. Would recommend. Old reviews don't seem relevant to current staff based on my experience.
