Zero star rating. We're Real Estate Developers in search of a GC to do several full renovations on houses. We called Spring Valley Construction to get a quote. A man picked up the phone but didn't say anything so I said "hello?" He answered, "Yes. Speak." I asked if it was SVC, and he said it was. I said "never mind, and hung up." NOT GOOD!!! That person set a bad tone for the company. Horrible representation.
