Super rude. Jim was an impatient man that tried to use the fact that hes been working in this industry for 4 decades, so he knows everything. I was working with a woman named Hope and she was nice but they would never call you back and you have to keep bugging them. Very frustrating experience and I definitely do not recommend them...especially because of the older man Jim.

From the original guy who came out and did the measurements to Jason and Michael came out to do the installation, it was a very easy process to get a piece of glass installed in a bedroom window. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I cannot recommend Sportsman Glass enough as they have been consistently excellent for all the years they have served in Collin County!
