Once again Spire went beyond expectations. I was expecting an exchange of my Savant remote which wasn't charging, and Nick also made sure it was programmed correctly and identified an issue with one of the TVs that he resolved. He also asked about any other issues, and was able to resolve something that has happened intermittently. Never appeared bothered by the fact that his 30minute initial issue became a 90 minute service call.

This is the best run customer service/support group I have ever worked with! Responsive, courteous, solution driven and never ever leaves you wondering about anything. I could not possibly say enough great things about Spire and their whole team of professionals. The best in the business bar none.
