Spencer redid the underlay for our tile roof + needed repairs in 4 days in early May 2026. They worked fast and more quietly than I expected. There were some initial communications problems and other issues initially, however Al were resolved satisfactorily after the owner took charge and made things right. Spencer went above and beyond expectations with fixing a small woodpecker hole in my chimney stucco that I could not reach and painting some trim boards that were not included in the job scope.
