UPDATE: All of a sudden there is promotional pricing if you go and ask to reduce your plan. There must be additional promotional pricing because when I refused the first offer, I was offered a second one. Don't. Run. They do not answer the phone for established customers. So when they increase your rate 30%, you can't reach anyone to talk about it and you can't change your plan online. But they absolutely answer when you call and select the "new" customer option.
