Beware of Sparklight :( Apparently they can change your cost of service (even every month) whenever they feel like it without telling you how or why. When my bill drastically increased over $30 over the span of a few months, I called to ask why, and they said that since I didn't call to ask why the first time they increased my bill, they just kept doing it. They said if I had called to tell them I couldn't afford the first increased price, they would have found me a cheaper plan, but since I did
