I left a message and they got back to me right away. Even though I wasn't in a rush, they fit me in that week. He arrived on time and never stopped working. These windows had not been cleaned in many years (esp.the outside). He worked around obstacles and quirky windows especially a crazy one with an air conditioner. Did windows inside and out. I am so excited that my windows do sparkle. Very fair price especially considering the time he spent. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

They were terrific- I forgot about my appointment, they called and were totally fine about rescheduling. They were on time and they did a fantastic job.
